Users simply use their corporate magnetic swipe card to access device functions, such as e-mail, fax, copy, or scan.

Access Control for Any MFP Function

• Secure any or all MFP functions to suit your needs: fax, e-mail, copy, print jobs, scan to folder, job tracking, etc.
• Determine which user information should be retrieved and used for MFP functions (e.g. e-mail address for the Send to E-mail function).
• Limit the extent to which your employees can use MFP functions.

Simple Foolproof User Identification

• Authenticate using your corporate swipe card (with an alternate authentication method as a backup).
• Choose the user validation method adapted to your needs:
  • Validation through a local ID list loaded on devices
  • Validation through an Authentication Gateway (SecureJet Print-PS feature)
  • Validation through LDAP/AD

Easy to Manage

• Allow users to manage themselves with SecureJet’s unique self-enrollment functionality, where users can enroll and disenroll their swipe card on MFPs without any IT support.

• Add encryption to the controlled release capabilites by combining SecureJet Enterprise Auth-SW with SecureJet Enterprise Secure Mobile Printing.
• Authenticate and retrieve print jobs from any SecureJet-enabled printer or MFP in the workgroup using the SecureJet Print-SMP and Print-PS modules.

Billback Capability

• Simplify billing by using SecureJet’s billback functionality. All walkup activities can be charged to a client or project using the billing codes created and managed by the SecureJet software.
