SecureJet Enterprise Authentication
User authentication modules for HP printers, MFPs, and Digital Senders
If you need to control access to HP LaserJet printers, MFPs, and Digital Senders in your organization, SecureJet Authentication is the solution for you. SecureJet authentication can directly validate a PIN code or swipe/proximity badge number against user lists on the device or against one or more Active Directory or LDAP servers and retrieve the user information (e.g. login, department, e-mail address, etc.). The retrieved user information can be re-used to configure the various MFP functions (e.g. e-mail address for the Send to E-mail function).
