Securely Retained Print Jobs

• Retain print jobs on the printer or MFP hard disk until the user authenticates and releases the print jobs, thus increasing document confidentiality and reducing paper and ink waste.

Unclaimed Print Jobs Self-Delete

• Configure print jobs to automatically delete after a set time, thus cleaning print queues and preventing them from blocking up.

Data Encryption Included

• Encrypt print jobs from the client PC to the printer/MFP (possibly via the print server), thus protecting confidential data en route to the printer/MFP.

Compatible with All Authentication Methods

• Combine SecureJet Print-SMP with any SecureJet Authentication module (smart card, swipe card, proximity bage, PIN code, or fingerprint authentication).
