Jetmobile Distribution Channel
Jetmobile solutions distribution and support is performed through a network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) who are document solutions experts. This gives you access to an unparallel array of expertise to help you meet virtually any printing challenge: information security, cost tracking, secured document delivery, barcodes, MICR, workflow, electronic forms, etc.
Support:
Jetmobile VARs provide pres-sales and post-sales support to their clients. Popst-sales support is delivered to clients under support pack agreement available for length from one to five years from purchase date.
North and Latin America:
For North and Latin America, BarDIMM, MicrDIMM and SecureJet solutions are distributed and supported by Capella Technologies.

There are two categories of VARs in EMEA and Asia-Pacific: Gold and Silver VARs.

| An integrator reaching the Certified Gold VARs status for a Jetmobile product becomes part of the Elite of Jetmobile VARs. They manage a large number of deals involving our solutions and have shown a strong expertise. An integrator must go every year through heavy technical training and a certification exam to keep his status. He must also proactively propose Jetmobile solutions to his clients, to resellers and provide complete integration service. |
An integrator focusing less on a specific Jetmobile product is a Silver VAR for that product. Whereas they go through yearly training, they are not specialized in the product and usually collaborate with Gold VARs to deliver complete service and integration on that Jetmobile product.
